Donald R. Bronsard, Ph.D., founded Kumquats, Inc., and is its president. Don has more than 30 years of successful experience, gained at eight different colleges, as a faculty member, dean, vice president, campus president, and college president. His educational background includes a B.S. in Communication Arts from Fordham University, an M.A. in Education from Trinity College, and a Ph.D. in Professional Higher Education Administration from the University of Connecticut.
